What is the typical delivery time?

Delivery time will vary depending on your method of payment and contact details provided. To ensure the fastest possible delivery time it is important that you provide correct and as much contact information as possible when placing your order. The delivery time is a combination of Order Processing Time and Shipping Times which are as follows.

About Shipping Insurance

Shipping Insurance is covered by our private company insurance and is calculated at 2% of the products value for Metropolitan areas and 2% of the product value for Regional or Remote areas, the insurance will cover you against any goods that are damaged and / or lost in transit to you from our warehouse.

 

Shipping Insurance is Highly Recommended: 

Customers who did not purchase shipping insurance 

WILL NOT be Eligible for Full Refund of the product value/ Replacement 

when Damage/ Lost-Shipment occurred. 

 

What is a Bad Address Surcharge?
This is a surcharge implemented and required by DHL Express.
There will be around $AU20 + fuel surcharge if :

• Any shipment that cannot be delivered due to 
o Inaccurate or incomplete receiver’s address information at time of pick up. 
o The receiver has moved from the address on the shipment label or waybill.
o The receiver has moved from the company as specified on the label or waybill and the company refuses to accept the shipment
And we strongly advice customers to have accurate and complete shipping address to avoid such surcharges.

Can I choose to pick up the items at local warehouse or post office?

We are sorry about that we do not have the local pick up service in Australia or New Zealand. Customer can choose express shipping that we will normally use DHL as the courier and they would provide a perfect delivery service for our customer. 

Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
